We translate official documents from Arabic (العربية) into Dutch or English, and the other way round. Arabic is an official or widely used language in Morocco, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Documents from these countries, such as certificates, diplomas and judgments, regularly need to be submitted to the IND, Dutch municipalities, DUO, employers and courts.
We also translate Dutch documents into Arabic for use abroad, for example for a marriage, studies, a job or setting up a company.

Apostille or legalisation
A foreign document usually needs an apostille or legalisation before a Dutch authority will accept it, and a Dutch document often needs one abroad. Whether an apostille is enough depends on the country. We check this for you and arrange the right route together with the translation.
Names and spelling
Arabic uses a different script from Dutch and English. In the translation, we match the spelling of names to your passport or residence document so that all your documents are consistent. Please include a copy of your passport if you can.
Arabic interpreters
Besides translations, we provide Arabic–Dutch interpreters for notaries, registry offices, courts, medical appointments and business meetings, on site or by video.

How much does a certified Arabic–Dutch translation cost?
It depends on the type of document, its length and the delivery time. For a standard certificate in Arabic, you'll receive a fixed price as soon as you send us a scan.
Do Dutch authorities accept a translation from Arabic?
Yes, if it is a certified (sworn) translation. Municipalities usually require a translation into Dutch. The IND accepts certified translations into Dutch, English, French or German.
Do you also provide Arabic interpreters?
Yes. We provide Arabic interpreters on site throughout the Netherlands and remotely by phone or video.
