In the Netherlands
Dutch civil status certificates are issued by the municipality where the birth, marriage or death was registered. A BRP extract is issued by the municipality where you are registered. We also obtain extracts from the trade register (KvK) and other registers.
Abroad
Through our international network, we obtain documents in a large number of countries: civil status certificates, certificates of no impediment, criminal record extracts, duplicate diplomas and company registrations.

Do you need my authorisation?
For personal documents, usually yes. We send you a power of attorney to sign, which you return together with a copy of your ID.
Can you also translate and legalise the document?
Yes, that's the whole point. We obtain the document, arrange the apostille or legalisation and produce the certified translation, all in one order.
How long does it take?
In the Netherlands, often within a week. Abroad, it ranges from a few days to several weeks, depending on the country and the authority.
