What data we process
When you fill in the quote form or email us, we process your name, email address, phone number if provided, your request and any documents you attach. These documents may contain special categories of personal data, such as details in certificates or medical statements.
Why
We use this data only to assess your request, send you a quote and, once you approve it, carry out the order. The legal basis is the performance of a (future) contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Who we share data with
With the translators, interpreters and authorities needed to carry out your order, and with our providers for hosting (Infomaniak, Switzerland) and email (Google Workspace). Agreements are in place with these parties to protect your data. We never sell your data.
How long we keep data
Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than one year after our last contact. Data from completed orders is kept for as long as required by law.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. If you close the language notice, your browser remembers that choice locally; this information is not sent to us.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to info@abc-office.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
